That’s right – We’re ready to rock the roof off Mondello Park for the final time this year for our first all-new Drift Games Invitational event with the awesome Club Loose Ireland guys. With our usual 2 days of on-track partying and one hell of a party on night one, this is the only way to round out what has been an epic 2023 in style!

Spectator & Passenger Ride Information

Passenger Band & Requirements

If you are a spectator wishing to purchase a weekend passenger band at any Drift Games Invitational event, you must:
 
  • Be 18 years of age or older, and:
  • Have purchased a weekend passenger band from the Drift Games Merchandise stall and have signed on, and;
  • Wear a full-face helmet at all times when on track, with a fully functional clasp/strap.
  • Helmets will not be provided to you. You must provide your own helmet. 
Any driver whose car, and both their driver and passenger seats meet the required regulations for this event, will be able to take passengers all throughout the weekend, once the passengers themselves meet the passenger requirements outlined above.
 
Passenger wristbands can be purchased in Mondello Park on both days of a Drift Games Invitational event from the Drift Games merchandise shop at a cost of €20 for the entire weekend. Passenger bands will not be available to purchase online before the event.
 
Bands purchased at the merchandise shop will only be given out after payment has been received and the purchaser has signed on.
 
All passengers must be over the age of 18 and all passengers are also responsible for approaching drivers and arranging passenger spins themselves. Unfortunately, we will not have helmets available to rent, so you will need to bring your own helmet to the event with you, or get one from someone at the event.

Spectator Information & Tickets

Spectator tickets for all Drift Games Invitational events will be available on Mondello Park’s website and will be priced at the prices mentioned below.
 
Tickets will NOT be available at the gate at the event. If you arrive at the event without a ticket, you will then be directed online to purchase your tickets from the Mondello Park website, so purchasing tickets beforehand is recommended.
 
  • 1 Person Weekend Admission: €50 (inc. camping Sunday Night)
  • Saturday-Only Admission: €20
  • Sunday-Only Admission: €20
Anyone wishing to camp at the event can camp in a tent, camper van or caravan, which must be placed in the tented village area of Mondello Park. Camping in the Mondello Park paddock and garages is not permitted.

What is the Drift Games Invitational?

The Drift Games Invitational is Ireland’s craziest drift party featuring 2 days of track time, 100 drivers, 4 track layouts, 1 crazy afterparty, competitions, passenger rides and more drift action than a normal human can handle!

When & where is the Drift Games Bash?

All Drift Games Invitational events take place in Mondello Park in Co. Kildare, Ireland – Ireland’s only international racing circuit. As for when they’re on, check out the list of upcoming dates or the date of the next event at the top of this page.

Where can I get spectator tickets?

Spectator tickets will available on Mondello Park’s website and will be priced at €50 for a one-person weekend camping ticket or €20 for a single-day spectator ticket without camping. Kids under 12 go free.

Spectator tickets will also be available at the gate in Mondello Park on both days of the event. Anyone purchasing a general admission ticket for one day only must leave Mondello Park by 6.30pm once the relevant day’s track action has ended.

Is there an age limit to attend the Drift Games Invitational?

Sole attendees MUST be 18 years of age or older to camp at this event. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times if you are attending the event. Camping at the event is not permitted for persons under 18 years of age.

How do I get a driver ticket for a Invitational?

Does my driver ticket include crew members?

No, all drivers passes include driver entry to the event only. Any persons coming with a driver must have a valid spectator admission ticket at the costs mentioned above.

Can I drive for just one day?

Currently no, you are unable to purchase a driver ticket for just one day. Driver passes are available for both days of the event only. However, if we do choose to release single day tickets at any point we will announce this on our social media channels and you will find tickets in the above driver ticket section.

Can 2 people drive the same car?

If two people will be double-driving the same car for the weekend, there will be an additional charge of €80.00 for the additional driver. A double-driver pass will only be eligible for two drivers driving the same car. You can add on the double-driving option when paying for your driver entry ticket.

Can I hire one of the Mondello Park garages for a Drift Games Invitational?

Yes, a total of just 10 double garages are available to hire for the Drift Games Invitational and garages cost €300.00 for a full garage (fits 3-4 cars) or €150.00 for a half garage (fits 2 cars).

Can I take passengers in my car?

In short, yes you can. However, there are certain rules and regulations that the driver, passenger and the car must adhere to in order to be able to take passengers.

Where do I get the passenger bands?

Do Drift Games arrange the passenger spins for me?

No, all passengers are responsible for approaching drivers and arranging passenger spins themselves. Purchasing a passenger spin band does not guarantee you a passenger spin, nor are there passenger spins with any driver in particular pre-arranged.

I want to get a passenger band. Can I rent a helmet?

No, unfortunately, we will not have helmets available to rent, so you will need to bring your own helmet to the event with you, or get one from someone at the event.

Might I be breathalyzed at the event?

Yes. If you are thought to be over the legal drink-drive limit, you may be breathalyzed by Mondello Park staff. If you read above the limit, you will not be allowed on track and your entry fee will not be refundable.

Will there be tire changing services at the event?

Yes, there will be a tire changing van present on both days of the event. Tire changing will come at a cost of €3.00 per tire.

Will there be security on site at the event?

Yes, we will have a full security team present throughout the entire duration of the event. As always, the security team will be focused on ensuring a safe and hassle-free event for all event attendees.

Do I have to camp in a tent?

If you have a weekend camping ticket and will be camping at the event, you will be able to bring a tent, campervan or caravan to our designated camping area at the event. Camping is not permitted in the Mondello Park garages or paddock.

Will there be power points available?

Power points are not guaranteed for any persons camping or driving at this event, so it is advised that you make your own provisions for power should you require it.

Do you have a full event map and timetable available?

Yes. Prior to each Drift Games Invitational event we will email all drivers for that event with a full driver information pack, which will contain the event map, track layouts, event timetable and all other relevant information you’ll need.

Where can I leave my trailer?

If you are bringing your car to the event on a trailer, please unload your car as quickly as possible and move your trailer to turn 3 of Mondello Park. On the morning of the event, a Drift Games marshal will direct you as to the exact location of the trailer parking section.

How can I enter as media to take photos/videos at a Drift Games Invitational?
